Online industrial security services
From Public Services and Procurement Canada
The Contract Security Program’s online industrial security services (OLISS) portal lets authorized users access the following services:
- Online personnel security screening service (PSSS)
- Online security requirements checklist (SRCL)
- Online inquiry service (OIS)
Logging in to the portal
Access to OLISS is by invitation only. Your user ID and password are provided in the email or letter you received. For help, contact your company security officer (CSO).
Log in to OLISSOnline personnel security screening service
With the online personnel security screening service (PSSS), authorized users can electronically complete and submit security requests.
This service is:
- secure and confidential
- faster and more accurate than filling forms out by hand
- more responsive because users get a confirmation reply right away
Online security requirements checklist
With the online security requirements checklist (SRCL), authorized federal government users can electronically complete and submit the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Security Requirements Check List (TBS/SCT 350-103).
Authorized users can also:
- retrieve data to make changes
- view and print checklist requests from their organization
This service is:
- secure and confidential
- faster and more accurate than filling the checklist out by hand
Registering for the online security requirements checklist service
Only authorized federal government users may register to use this service. Immediately after you complete the registration form, you will receive a user ID and password by email, which you will use to log in to OLISS. This user ID and password won’t let you access any other service in OLISS.
Online inquiry service
With the online inquiry service (OIS), authorized users can quickly verify and confirm the status of personnel security screening records maintained by the Contract Security Program.
Authorized users can also:
- query records in different ways
- apply advanced search filters
- create customized PDF reports
